Traded a vehicle.in back in early August and still has yet to pay off the vehicle. Keep getting told will look into it or just plainly getting ignored. Also looking at trading again and still can't get a call back. Once done with business of the trade no one will respond Resolution Sought Have the vehicle paid off in full

The payoff was verified at time of delivery and we did mail that payoff to bank immediately in August. However, the customer cancelled a payment and this caused a balance to remain. We did not know the payoff had changed until we started looking for the title. We called the bank to ask for the title and they said the account had a balance of $566. We then paid them the extra amount and closed the account.

Can show proof easily no payments was canceled as payment was over 850 a month not 566. They didn't even pay off the original balance. Traded vehicle before first due payment which would have been 45 days. Traded vehicle within 14. However they did finally payoff vehicle . Nice try though fella. Will be opinion another case soon if I don't get my refund back in a timely manor. 8 plus weeks is to long when all others do it in a week
