On may 9th I was without power due to a bad storm so I proceeded this day to get a hotel due to the power was not scheduled to come back on that day. This hotel had the availability, get there to check in and end up being switched to 4 rooms, they were not cleaned properly by housekeeping, 2 were leaking one the tv messed up and one had stopped up toilet with waste in it (#2) the manager on duty ensured a refund but I needed to go through Expedia because I booked from their site. I did but the hotel never would confirm. I spoke with Aaron which is very rude and also a Martha who was nice but at the time she could not assist she was leaving for the day. I've sent emails I have proof of. No response back Expedia has tried on multiple occasions no response I call myself they say waiting for the big manager to approve it but it has been over 10 days now. I can see if this was just I cancelled but the hotel couldn't provide me with another room so I'm not sure how I'm paying the price. Resolution Sought Refund my money
