I hired a debt resolver company to help me get out of debt. They accidently sent a letter advising the bank they were taking control of a 477.00 loan. They closed my account. The bank has the amount in the bank to pay and then release my acct. But its been closed to me since 5/7/22 over a month. They will not speak to me. I called attorney Tiffany & Brown 757-497-1449. At least 6 times. I left my number. They have not returned my call. They have had my money since the 1rst. How long can they hold my money if my acct has been closed. Its people like this that I have been in trouble getting out if debt. How long are they allowed to hold my money?? Resolution Sought I want my money they are probably illegally holding. Because big business is walking all over us ex-customers because this corrupt government is allowing them to get by with murder because they are keeping tabs on our money..thank you.
