We were offered an exit from our timeshare for $1200 by Alan back in December, and he's ghosted us for almost a year! We're ready to be done with this, especially after all of our emails have been ignored! We're not paying another maintenance fee because someone refuses to answer an email. Resolution Sought Have Alan contact us back and commit to maintaining communication or get us someone that will! Nine months for an answer pertaining to money we're going to pay YOU to get out of our timeshare is unprofessional and unacceptable!!
