Paid for the top wash. It only washed the top half not the bottom. I was full of mud from a dirt road after the wash my tires were still dirty an it didn't wash the bottom part of my car. Resolution Sought Refund.

Please give me an address to mail refund or the date if a credit card was used and a refund will be processed. I need last four numbers on card and the name. As the customer stated, the vehicle was muddy. This is a touch free wash and it will not remove heavy mud. She should have pre-washed the vehicle. This wash is not attended as is self service.
