Guaranty Bank is charging an overdraft fee of $36.00 for a little amount as 99 cents. I think that is ridiculous. Somehow every time you call about this problem they give you an excuse as how something didn't post and left your account in the negative, when surely you're thinking that you have enough money to cover your amounts. I think that amount that they charge is a rip off. I feel that the overdraft charges create a greater debt for people who are already struggling. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Resolution Sought Refund all overdraft charges and and reduce the amount of overdraft fees to at least $5.00.

Bank closed my account. They still have my money. It's been months. I filed with the consumer protection agency. They lied and said that I signed for a check. That is false. There's more. But that's the base Resolution Sought Give me my money
