My son took his 2007 Toyota tundra to BC Customs Paint in Bessemer City, NC over a year ago to get painted. He exchanged $10k of concrete work for the truck to get painted. The truck has been sitting unpainted, now it appears parts are taken off the truck as the hood is beside the truck. I got involved on May 5th as my son told me the owner Danny Holman cursed him out and said he wasn't giving the truck back. The title of the truck is in my name. I reached out to the owner and he stated I could come the next day and get the truck. He wasn't there. Now he has blocked my calls. Please help if you can. Resolution Sought Get my truck back.
