I hired BCM Construction, To put vinyl siding on my house this includes insulation and wrap,also installing metal wrap also soffit vinyl I also on the list new windows (3) new gutters and downspouts with leaf guard, Mr. Martinez said he could do all the things I requested, and I would be satisfied. Mr. Martinez said he the cost would be$14:00.00 and he would need half down payment Mr. Martinez has been delinquent and doing the job it works so far has been shoddy especially with the density board and the wrap so far Mr. Martinez has not been complied with the work order that he has but with us in the contract Miss Martinez is also done nothing but giving us empty promises to be here on the work site failing to come more times feeling to come more times than needed to finish the job. Resolution Sought Mr. Martinez purchase some of the materials for siding the house and materials have been left out in the weather since November of 2021 I would like to be reimbursed for materials that haven't been purchased yet I would like the project to be completed to my satisfaction.
