Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. My February 8, 2020 car accident settled @ $98,065.71 on October 10,2023. There was an approximate settlement time of 4weeks. In the final breakdown, BD&J claimed $46000 in fees. Roughly $13,000. above the agreed upon 33. When I questioned such an increase, I was told it was due to litigation. I completed my paperwork, including deposition by myself. State Farm acknowledged responsibility of their client for accident. There was a witness. I was called by an attorney @ BD& J and informed 1week after my deposition, State Farm agreed to pay entire liability. I was also informed that my responses during the deposition were so great, they expected an offer within a week or so. That is exactly what subsequently occurred. At NO time was I informed of excessive litigation or increased attorney fees. My settlement fees were exploited, and unjustly taken. Resolution Sought Give me my $13000. It is my money.
