Grew hair out for two years, didn't touch it, grew past my waist. I went to be to have it colored and did not get what I asked for by a long shot the first time and it all washed out when I washed my hair, 245 dollars plus 40 dollar tip I had to pay, so they have me come in a second time to "fix it and get it right" she slaps bleach all over my head like she was pissed or something, got bleach all over the neck of my brand new black hurley shirt, anyways the dye had to be immediately rinsed out and it was darker than when I came in again so again didn't get it right by a long shot and charged me 250 dollars plus 40 dollar tip plus all the products I had to buy, she says go home wash it a few times and some tknor will wash out and it will lighten up..ha, I go home wash it and clumps of hair just fall off I now have no hair and they havnt offered to fix it or give my money back, treatments, nothing! I pay full price for everything. I want them to have to provide k bond hair extensions until my hair grows back and reimbursed for everything I have had to spend there and all the money I've had to spend on hair and wigs..I'm tired of crying everyday, looks like I just stood by an explosion, my hair is completely burnt, they sewed my clip ins in but just ended up ruining those, just put them in one spot, and the sewn in wefts from taking the clips off my extentions were falling out before I even walked out of there..I am very upset ??. Resolution Sought I want K bond extentions of my choosing until my hair grows back and hair treatments, and absolutely a refund.
