I have been trying to look at and rent properties with this company for almost a week. Everytime that I get one schedule to view it gets canceled on the same day of the appointment claiming it has been taken off the market. The last cancelation happened 20 minutes before my appointment. I then find 1461 Foley Ave apt 104 Ypsilanti. Natalie meets me there. Shows me the apartment. I immediately fill out the application form and pay the $50 fee. I have a friend that is cosigning for me, and she isn't living in the apartment with me. So, Natalie directs me to Melissa's email to ask if she needs to fill out an application. At 230 pm. I never hear back from Melissa but 3 hours later. I am being told that I've now wasted $50. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund and this property company should hold places that people apply for until the application is complete. Especially if they are charging you money upfront.
