I placed an order for their hair oil on July 25, 2021. They indicated it would be shipped within 7-10 business days. On August 23, 2021, I send an email inquiring that it has been 21 days since I placed the order. They responded with the following: We do apologize for the delay in shipping. We are currently filling orders and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. Thank you for your patience, understanding and continued support. Warm Regards Beanstalk Customer Care (404) 981-5380 www.beanstalkhairgrowth.com Office hours: Monday - Friday 10AM - 6PM (EST) We are closed on all MAJOR holidays! I'm still waiting. Then I go to their Facebook page (https://m.facebook.com/BeanStalk.Hair.Loss.Treatment) and there are countless women indicating the same issue with not receiving what they ordered, going as far back as 2020, maybe longer. Resolution Sought Do the right thing and send the product I paid for, or refund my money. And, since there are so many others in the same predicament, I would consider filing a class action suite against them as well.
