Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have sent my Bow in for repair I was initially told that it would take 5 weeks maybe 6 due to holidays. It has now been 3 months and they still have yet to even fix the problem. They do not prioritize repairs and I'd like to get a new bow if it takes this long to fix mine. I missed the entire deer season last year due to this and by the way it sounds from some of the people I have talked to I might get it back just in time for deer season giving me no time to get it in tune and get some reps in before season. Resolution Sought Get me my bow fixed or send me a new one free of charge.
