Company debited a 25.00 registration fee for a Swim class that was overbooked and could not accommodate my granddaughter. Requested refund and was informed would not be refunded. Information given was untrue and very misleading Resolution Sought Return registration fee no services were taken

Company states; This was already refunded on 3/28/. Customer was called and notified of refund in phone conversation. Refunded prior to complaint. Management.
