Do better with future customers

I contacted Beast services to look at some trees in my yard that need taken care of and not only did they take all of two minutes to look (didn't even get close to our trees) but they did not let us know they are incapable of helping us. I reached out on Facebook because they did not respond by phone. When they replied they were very short and rude with me.
