On January the 20th I went into the shop to get my nails done a pedicure and my eyebrows done. I had no complaints on my pedicure and nail set however when getting my eyebrows done after getting them done. Every where I had the wax place around my eyebrows and between my eyebrows where they pulled his strips it was red I looked in the mirror and noticed it but went on thinking that it's just red because they just pulled a strips off my eyebrows from waxing next day notice my eyebrows in those areas are still really red and now it's starting to scar on the 22nd is starting to healing scalp by the 23rd it's scabbed in red here are my pictures hopefully I can post and my mini recording hopefully that can post I would not suggest going back there because when I went and talked to the manager Miss Zee Stuart to explain that my eyebrows were burnt and scarring from services with my receipt and she noticed that another lady did my nails name Nancy and so when I asked her how she could accommodate me for this she went on to tell me about somebody else eyebrows that got burnt there doing their services and how they could treat it but that had nothing to do with me however I asked for an accommodation of maybe a free nail said she stated no then I asked for my $10 back she stated no poor service for professionalism Resolution Sought I would like my $10 and pain and suffering for scars

Company states; The day, Mrs. McCall, had her service preformed on 1/20/2022, at the end she didn't mention any issues or complaints, Mrs. McCall came back 3 days later, and was demanding money or a full set manicue and a pedicure for free, my wife Duy Stewart Co-Owner of Beautiful Nails Spa, informed Mrs. McCall, that the sub contractor that preformed the services to Mrs. McCall did nothing wrong, and Mrs McCall should had notified us sooner, we don't know if she contributed to her said issues, it could be a preexisting condition, the use of make up or make up cleaners, soaps, that could have contributed to her issues, and if was serious enough for her to seek medical attention and or advise, and to give some type of proof that this was in fact caused or related by any service or products that we provided her. But in good faith and professionalism, we will refund her $10 for her waxing, and this is in No way to be confused or consider an admission of quilt on our part, she can pick this up at our shop, at her convenience. Mrs. McCall also stated in her complaint that she had No complaints on her manicure and pedicure.
