My package was delivered to someone's front door. I sent my stuff to my PO Box and when I found out UPS sent it somewhere else they tell me they don't ship to PO Box. But Beauty Forever Hair accepted my address. I feel like they should notify on the website that they don't except PO Box addresses. But they didn't and customer service from Beauty forever was very unprofessional she kept talking over me and hung the phone up when I asked for her name. Before we got on the phone no one had been answering all day long! I need my refund but they refuse to do so until UPS is done with the investigation which is gonna take a week and a hair appointment before that. This is for my birthday and was my first time purchasing from them. I'm very disappointed! Resolution Sought I need my full refund back! I paid 167.73 for this hair.

Hi, it's been 2 months since my hair got lost and UPS did there part with sending the refund check to the hair company since they did loose it! But the hair company didn't give me my refund and UPS said they sent it out June 16th and ended investigation on my hair June 3rd. Still nothing from the hair company. I just want my money back.

I ordered a product at the beginning of September. I received the product, tried it on once, but didn't like it and contacted the merchant to see how to go about returning it. I paid $20 for return shipping. The merchant has no return information on their website so I had to go back and forth through email. I attached pictures on to my claim on their website before I returned the product also to prove that it was unaltered. I waited 7 days for the merchant to get back to me after I continuously contacted them through email and confirmed that ups had delivered the product back to them. I provided the seller with the tracking number and everything. They stalled and then today, quite abruptly I received an emailed response saying that I'm not receiving my due to me altering the product which isn't true. I never wore it. Now they aren't responding to my emails. It's a fraudulent company that says they're based in the United States but they aren't. They send products that look nothing like the pictures, make the customer pay for return shipping, and once they receive the product, say the product was altered so they can keep the product and the money. It's very frustrating. I work three jobs and I barely get to do things for myself. So I really need my money back. Resolution Sought Return my money and the amount it was to ship the product
