I was in a car accident with my ex boss and my truck flipped over and we were transported to the Hospital . My truck was towed to Beaver Brook auto service on January 16 th 2022 that same night I was released from the hospital that morning at almost 330 am my daughter came n got me the next day me n my daughter called the police station and spoke to an officer there about where exactly was my truck and he gave us the address and so we called and told them that we was coming to get my stuff and the lady said that I had to bring 150.00 dollars and my title and so I told her my medicine and my purse was in the truck and that I needed my stuff that it is illegal for her to keep my property and so me n my daughter went over there and all she gave me was my purse and my medicine was missing she would not let me get the rest of my stuff and it my bosses stuff from truck . And so the next day we called the police station again and told them about what the lady said and so he asked me for my number and I gave it to him and he said he will call me back and so he did and the lady lied and told him she gave me all my stuff which she did not so I called her and asked her why she lied to the officer and she said she didn't lie and so I argued with her about my stuff and she said I needed to bring my title and the money so she didn't give me my property I need your help . I believe these people stole my property and my bosses money . Resolution Sought I would like all my property back and my bosses property back all of it including her money she had in my truck. They also kept my plates that I have to turn in to the dmv.

On January 16, there indeed was a serious accident on the interstate. Our company sent 2 men and 2 trucks to recover the vehicle from the woods. The condition of the vehicle and the passengers were very serious. Occupants were cut out of the car, and doors were removed from the car to assist the para medics so that they could transport the occupants to the hospital. The next day, someone did come to the office with her daughter screaming and demanding that she remove all the items from the car. We were told that there was no insurance on the vehicle to cover any costs. (Recovery bill was over 800.00) We then gave the owner a muddy purse that we did find in the car. We requested that in order to legally dispose of the vehicle (that they said that they did not want) we would need the title and they could come clean out the car along with the tags. This is exactly what was relayed to the trooper as well. At this time the mother apologized for the daughters behavior. Our last contact was that the Mom would get the title and return. We have spoken to the other party who's luggage and money was retrieved from the trunk and will be delivering this to her at the rehab center. (The original party never mentioned the luggage and money to us). If the owners of the vehicle would like to bring in their title, we will be happy to accommodate them.
