sadly not good at this time

It would appear that this company is not well organized in the communication Department. I purchased a bedframe and queen size headboard last month ( March) the bedframe cam e in a timely fashion but there were a couple of screws missing to support the frame. Not to worry, I took the screws from the old bed frame and they fit perfectly, so I didn call Overstock about it. However, the headboard was late, and when I called about it the first thing said was that the tracking for the headboard was "invalid"( meaningless) My problem got bumped up I was told that Overstock would put in for a replacement. Coincidently, the headboard arrive the next day so I alerted Overstock. I was told that the replacement order would be cancelled, whicg I saw that it did. Sadly, I checked my order and the screws were missing. And it was down hill ever since. First they stated they would notify company and get the screws mailed out. Then I was told the screws were shipped and I should get in a couple days. That didn't happen, they they said they would refund my money. ( How could I when I alredy had the headboard) I told I just need the screws!! Next thing I know, my cost for the entire headboard was in my account! The next taken that refund was taken back. Now today, it's back in again! And I still haven't received screws. I get an email stating that I would get a refund for $10.00(for the missing screws) I thought that was fair until I see how screwed up my bank transactions are. Getting someone on the phone is almost impossible for me because automation is stating my phone number is not in system.( I am being pranked on that part) at any rate I am disappointed in Overstock's operation Shame because I see so many things I could use in the home. I sent a complaint to Business Consumer Alliance, waiting to hear from them.

Delivered the wrong item three different times. Could not get it right!
After the third time I told them I wanted a refund.
