I received a torn, shredded set (actually, one fitted split Cal King fitted sheet). I communicated and sent photos of the sheets. I was told by 'Oscar" that he would get back to me. I called again, was told they would get back to me. The last time I called they left me on hold on the phone for about an hour and hung up. This company boasts of a warranty for their products. Never got that far, the communication was childish, rude, and time consuming. Nothing professional or caring about them. Resolution Sought I would like a professional communication. a single fitted Cal King sheet, or return purchase price. Consumers need to be wary of this bogus company.
