Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. My son bought me a mattress extra firm king size on November 31, 2025 for my Christmas gift. I have a very bad back pain. That's why I purchased this bed according to their review that their products are very good. Five star review. so when I got the bed the first week I slept on it. It's ok later onI realize that it's like a sink in the middle of the bed and plus I ordered extra firm and the mattress it's not firm at all and I am pretty sure ?? that they gave us the wrong one and this one is a defect It's like a sink hole in the middle of the bed so I have my son contact them about the problems right away after a week I purchase itThey tell us they can only give us 30 off on next purchase so I told my son to wrote them back why would I need to buy a new one? What am I supposed to do with this one? I don't have that kind of money. I told my son to ask them to exchange or refund they wrote back to him and give us another offer with 50 off refund. I don't think this is fair to me because the reason I bought it according to their view, I would like to get a full refund and return this item and return the mattress back to them. Thank you Resolution Sought Get me a full refund and take the mattress back. I don't need it. I cannot use it. It cost my back more pain than before.
