Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I started an account with Beem. They deducted $50 from my account and sent a blank email to the recipient the money was intended for. The email did not contain a link to receive the $50. Beem sent notification today that they are closing my account. And still have not sent the $50 back to me or to my recipient. They are stealing my money. Resolution Sought Refund the $50 to my account.

When I attempt to login to the app. I get a message that says, "we can not support you at this time" please chat with support." I can't get to my wallet or any other features on the app.
