Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I subscribed to Been Verified on 7/10/24 for the $1 intro fee. I made one search and then immediately went to cancel my subscription. They give you one week to do so, I know I was well within the limits . When I looked I saw an attempt to charge me the monthly payment. I then demanded confirmation of my cancellation which I received on 7/17/24. I was sure all was good. I have now noticed several attempts to charge my Cash App card for as much as $499. Today I blocked Been Verified from accessing my Cash App account. I am still very concerned that they will find one of my other card accounts and try this again. I am a 72 yr old disabled veteran with severe health issues and I live on my SS retirement money of only $1444 monthly. Please I need help to protect my accounts from falsely being charged. Help in stopping Been Verified from continuing to exploit those of us who are targeted. Thank You very much. Resolution Sought Stop this business from stealing my money.
