I have been having problems with my service for years. When it rains my phone service and internet go off. And everyday I have to restart my internet 5 to 6 Times a day. Some days it will just go off for hrs at a time. I have called them and wrote them letters complaining about the problems but all they do when I tell them they need to fix the problems and refuse to pay the bill is send me a cut off notice. Beggs telephone company know that know other companies are allowed to come into Beggs so they don't even try to fix anything. Resolution Sought Refund! And let other companies come in to beggs ok.
