Every morning when they open there is approx 70-100 people that walk threw the door within the first 15 minutes. (Zero Exaggeration) The employees BHG employs at the front desk are unqualified and unprepared everyday! They have zero compassion for the patients here, and zero work ethic. They constantly take personal calls while the line wraps around the building. Resolution Sought I would like to see the BHG get some new employees who can effectively handle the influx of people in the early morning, whom can keep the line moving, so patients who have to get to work aren't loosing their jobs because they were stuck in line for over an hour everyday waiting to get their medication.
