My daughter Angelica who is taking a driver lesson from bell auto school. She has total 5 lessons 1hr once a week and it include taking her on her road test. On Tuesday October 19, 2022 was my daughter last lesson according to my wife my daughter look sad after her lesson when she came home but my daughter and my wife did not get into detail with me and pretended everything was OK until I saw my daughter's text to my wife about my daughter's driver instructor. Stated on my daughter's text how her instructor was so rude and mean to her and sometimes gets loud at her and call her names. I hired bell auto school to help and teach my daughter how to drive and pass her road test and not to be insulted and not discouraged. My daughter could not take it anymore she was afraid of being yell at and rudely insulted by the instructor and all along I did not see my daughter push herself on driving and not once she showed she likes to drive and not ask me if she can practice driving with me after I signed her up with bell auto school. When I ask her about her text to my wife she started to cry and told me how she was treated by her instructor. He was so rude and mean by telling my daughter she is a puppet and she has mental problem just because my daughter does not say anything back whenever he talks to her in rudely manner. Resolution Sought I want them to reschedule my daughter's road test the earliest possible and restart my daughter driving lessons with different instructor and including bringing her to her road test. I also want them to take an action on the instructor that I'm complaining and inform me what type of action that is been taking.
