I took car in on July 15 2021 wiper blades had stopped working they assured me it wasn't the motor they said it had shortened out and some other things fixed it said it had a year warranty took car in January 7 2022 for same problem now there coming up with a different story and not trying to honor the warranty the so call manager was trying to lower the price by 40 stating he could return it And say it was broken what it all boils down to is there trying not to honor the warranty and come up with thousands of excuses why and the car is still doing the same thing u can still here the motor grinding the same exact problem that was pointed out to me back in the summer obviously someone didn't no what they were doing on the part was bad. Resolution Sought Give me a refund so I can take my car somewhere else and get it fixed because I see how this company does not only won't they honor the warranty but there trying to come up with every excuse in the world.
