In The month of November 2020 My daughter and I acknowledge water slowly dripping in the hallway coming from rain. My daughter contacted her Insurance Company. I placed a small bucket on the floor. I then called a neighbor to cover the top of the roof. The rain later stopped. I called several roofing Companies to get an appraisal. I received a phone call from a man , who said his name was Christ. Chris informed me that he was a roofer and that, He would come and take a look at The roof. I informed Christ that, I was at work and I needed to be there to see what he was doing. I came home from work and did not acknowledge the roof being tampered with later around noon Chris called me and said He put plastic on the Roof. I advised Chris that, the house belongs to my daughters and right now. we all decided to go with another Company after contacting The Better Business I was told Christopher Nicolais has a F Rating and 5 complaints that, he refused to respond too. When I told this to Chris he got very angry and Chris yelled at me and said. " I am going to put a lean on your house so fast it will make your head spend. Chris told me the Insurance will pay him 600.00 and he better get his money. I questioned Chris Nicolir about 600.00 for what? Chris was extremely irrate and rude to me on the phone. I called my daughter in Atlanta and she told him to talk to her about his concerns. Chris is very unprofessional and belligerent. I am filing a restraining Order on him Resolution Sought For Chris Nicolis To stay away from the property and me and my Family
