I had a scheduled appointment and the manager never indicated upon arrival that he wants you to go to someone else. I get my nails the same just different color I made my appointment and she said afterwards ryan the tech doesn't want to do your nails. She was not nice. So I said you are lying to me if ryan didn't want to do my nails as a independent contractor he should have not proceed and I would not use them. I waited an hour she had told me to come at 345 because he had cancellation. I believe it was bias and I'm 70 years old and felt it was because the other tech needed business I asked for ownee name she said Ken. He said she stated I insulted her but I didn't. I never talk with nail tech and was pleased with how he does them. I believe it's Mandy the manager with the problem. Also it's always nasty at his area. But he is good at his job. That's why she stated he said to see someone else. He never indicated that to me. Resolution Sought A total refund and for a new manager with customer service experience treats others with dignity and respect

Company's letter states: Everything was fine with the service but Ryan the tech refused to take her appointment onward. There is nothing we can do about that. We did suggest other tech who has similar styles but she turned sour and start insulting the front desk staff. There could be no refund for service that has been rendered with no issue.
