I requested Mr. Louis at Bells Pools 818-450-6959 to buy and install a above ground pool for me and he agreed to this job. Mr. Louis delivered the pool but never came back. I gave him 4,000.00 dollars check to do the job This was started back in March. 2021 and he has not completed the job. He claim there are parts missing for the past three months. I have ask him to return my money but he is not returning my call. please help me. Thank you Resolution Sought Return my Money.
