We took our car to Belle tire to get the windshield wipers pump fixed. they told us that the person we saw before was scamming customers and unplugged the wires for the pump. They put the wires back on and all of a sudden 2 weeks later it doesn't work anymore. They also talked us into getting a part fixed (where the car wouldn't make noises when you turn) that we didn't have a problem with, well less than a week later now it's making noise and we're being told the same part needs to be replaced… it was brand new. They have openly stated they scam customers after we paid and now stuck having to pay someone else to fix the same issues that they claim they fixed. They also scheduled appointments on a day they knew they were going to be closed leaving us sitting there with no notice. Resolution Sought Refund me the money for my last visit.

Company states: This customer may be confusing us with another shop. We don't have an invoice on file for a $600 service. We never replaced this customer's windshield wiper pump. Nor is this service shown on any of the two invoices we have in our records for this customer. On the second invoice, she paid for a light bulb, and we didn't charge for the labor. We haven't seen this customer since April 5, 2022.

No confusion. We were just there and they replaced the sway bar and re connected the wires for the windshield wiper pump. I never said replaced it. They were supposed to but we're closed the day of our Appointment. Maybe they put the account under my husbands name since they claimed in person there was nothing under my name. Benjamin. I have the bank statement that shows $550.90 cents which is all I want back since the issues that were fixed were not actually fixed.
