When I made an appointment to get my tires changed over from winter to summer tires you told me that the tires treads were too low and they needed to be replaced. This took you 3 hours past my appointment time after I told you that my car had damaged pinch welds. Now 2 days later the new tires are leaking so bad that they are losing 1 psi per hour roughly. In two new tires less then a week. Now it has been a total of 6 hours of my time wasted and nothing but grief for a simple job. I want a refund for the problems and incompetence. Resolution Sought Reimbursement for at least the 2 tires that were damaged or not placed on my car incorrectly.
