Bellio Plumbing and Heating has been at my home numerous times for a clogged kitchen sink they didn't fix to begin with which caused fruit flies, then Jeremy from Bellios admitted after coming out the second time that they noticed problems with my kitchen sink the previous time that they didn't fix. My upstairs bathroom Bellios got the tub water to go down and sink after asking us for a plunger as "they don't carry them." Then they proceeded to leave our property to get a part for my leaking radiator that they fixed months ago but failed soon after, and charged me the same as the previous kitchen sink job and upstairs drains and leaking radiator months ago. I stated what needed to be done before the workers came out but they took advantage of me in my opinion. Resolution Sought Refund our money

I disagree with my sink being worked on correctly downstairs by Bellios in my kitchen as when Bellios came back the second time they admitted they didn't fix my sink completely as I was having fruit flies from the pipes dripping underneath causing dampness (which attracts fruit flies) and then I had to pay an exterminator in addition to their lack of service that continued. I also asked for the sink in the upstairs bathroom to be unclogged along with my tub upstairs the first time they unclogged my tub, however they didn't do the sink upstairs. In addition the second time I requested their service it wasn't alot of work, plus they sent two men out (which costs more, on top of leaving to get a part) to possibly add more time for the cost to be higher without my acknowledge.
