Alex Castillo stated my job last year in April, took 23k in checks and $7000 in cash after taking $7k cash he left my job half way. I was getting my kitchen and my floors done by him and his team. I was without sink for 3 months. Alex claims he is licensed and insured. Checked the CA Secretary of state there is NO BUSINESS license for him or his company Bellissimo Tile. He incorrectly installed Vinyl Plank over engineered wood floor with no waterproofing membrane. He was supposed to put 8mm thickness for my Luxury Vinyl he installed 6.5mm, when I noticed it was too late to do anything. My counter top and my island cortez does not match thanks to him for that too because he did not order in time. I made so many compromises with him. The license he uses is #926682 under the name of BCBC Constructions. Apparently I'm not the only person he has done this, his job is to take people's money and then disappear. Keeps changing the Company name so you can't really do anything. His phone number is still active 626-678-6643 company address 8400 Maple Pl Unit 113, Rancho Cucamonga. Ca. Someone has to stop him from cheating so many people. Then his friend who's name is the actual License is came to help me again this one too took $3k and my kitchen is still not finished. It took me a while to write but this man has to be stopped. It has been a nightmare for me I'm 66 year old and the money I took was from my saving to get my house done. Please help and stop this man from cheating people. Resolution Sought I would like some of my money back so I can get my kitchen done by someone else. Total I've paid him 30k and his friend $3k . Thank you
