Beltway movers lost my shoe rack holding 12 pairs of shoes, another shoe bag holding 10 pairs of sandals, about a dozen slacks, about 10 bath towels with matching hand towels and wash cloths. In addition they scratched a mahogany antique sewing table. Resolution Sought They should pay me replacement costs plus the cost of repairing and refinishing sewing table.

This company dissolved 2 yrs ago, however, still have access to our computer records. The only information we found is we moved them back in April 2016, this move was done 7yrs ago. We have no record of him ever calling prior to this. The only thing we found was a positive Google review back when the original move happened. No one is going to be responsible for an item that was missing 7 years ago. Unfortunately there is nothing we can offer to settle this complaint.
