Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I thought I was signing up for the RN program until I receive mail from my job that I will be garnished from my paycheck for 24351 a month or 11239 biweekly. I was never told that it would be done that way. When I talk with Zackary Powell from Distance Learning. I was told that I would be making payments my feel because they don't accept financial aid. I don't need my job thinking I'm getting garnish for something I haven't even started on. From the comments about Distance learning and the Ben Franklin Finance I want to cancel it all if it's a scam because, some people are trying to better them self and avoid all scams as possible. It sounded good doing school from home and finishing up within a year. So please if it's a scam I need to know and need y'all to remove me from the program or whatever it is before they get money from me before 6/18/2021. Thank you and please respond back to me real soon Resolution Sought I would like for this school and company not to be a scam and take my money from my payroll. Just cancel the whole thing with no strings attached because, I have not started school yet
