BenefitWallet is a third party company LA County Department of Public Health uses for our health benefits specifically for HSA/FSA accounts. They apparently had a transition from 2023 to 2024 and issued letters with security codes to register our account online and access the money. I did not receive my code in the mail and I have money that I need to access to cover my health expenses. I have tried multiple times to get ahold of them via email and phone call which are the preferred avenues that are listed on their website. I have been on hold for an accumulated time of 3 hours with no contact with an actual live agent or no assistance at all. I just need to register with the code and I can get access to the debit card and money I need that gets deducted from my work check. Resolution Sought I need to be contacted back ASAP and I want to close my account with them.
