Customer Complaint

We had some major house work done May 4,2021. We have been trying to get an itemized receipt showing, what parts were given to us, cost of each item and brand. We have tried for over four weeks, and can not get help from anyone in the office. We ask to speak to regional, but they keep putting the same people back on the phone from the Pleasantville Office. We have tried several times to keep what an itemize receipt/bill paid is, but goes over everyones heads there. We spoke with the owner, his daughter, Abby, Sara, Ted, or many more. We are starting to believe what they gave us cost much less then when we were billed. They only sent a email to my husband showing what we need, but the parts and items are not what have received. Resolution Sought We would like the business to give us an itemized receipt. Nothing we are asking is out of the ordinary. Think of it as getting a itemize bill when you get your car done, very easy. We also would like to be refunded money of any items we were given if they don't match what we have here. We will compare the itemize bill to what we have. We want to rectify the problem, and stopped getting pushed off by Benjamin Franklin, we also had another toilet installed and would like an itemize receipt

We have attempted to resolve this concern with the homeowner. We did send them itemized invoices for the work that was completed at the property. After receiving this complaint, we now have a better understanding of their concern and what they are requesting. We did try reaching back at to customer at this time because we feel as the best solution would to have our Plumbing Advisor go to property and address all concerns and rectify issues.

What we are asking for is an itemized bill which is a piece of paper you are given before you pay for goods or services listing the cost of each item purchased rather than just the total cost. That is the definition right from the dictionary, I can't make it any clearer. Ben Franklin has called and sent paperwork. However, it does not meet these requirements and I would be much more comfortable knowing exactly what my 8k + was spent on. The original estimate has only photos of plumbing supplies with prices { installment included} I guess because it is not broken down per individual item. The most expensive items {filter and water softening tanks) are not even the same ones shown in the original paperwork. You can clearly see that they are high end items compared to the ones installed in my residence. Therefore, I wonder how do I know if I paid for more expensive items than I received? I even explained this to the owner {I think his name is Jerry} and he said he understood my request and would take care of it. That never happened so to me that was just another red flag for the company. I would appreciate this matter taken care of by Ben Franklin promptly, thank you.
