This company over charged me to the max for the work that was done the supervisor was making up prices 1 minute it was a mount and the next minute. It was a different amount and then he said if the problem is not here. I will not charge you for that. $5000 hole he dug that was 4 foot square and 3 pipe. And it wasn't there so that whole was supposed to be free. So they had to dig in a different spot. Found it found the problem. And still charge me. The $5000 for the whole. He was a double talker confuse you so bad. You didn't know if you were coming or going. And he l°ied to me right to my fashion. So beware of this plumbing company. That are professional national rip-off. Rip-off to the elderly bewhere and do not ever use this company. For any kind of plumbing work cause you will get the shaft. Resolution Sought Refund some of the over charged amount back to me

We were originally called to Mr Anderson's residence for a clogged sewer. We attempted to auger the sewer but were unable to clear it so we scoped the sewer with a camera. We found the sewer to be loaded with sewage and were unable to get past a spot under the driveway. We marked that spot and gave Mr Anderson a quote to remove a section of his concrete driveway, dig down to the sewer and repair this spot. Our book price is $4719, he was given a price of $4000. He signed the proposal and we commenced. When we exposed his sewer we found that another contractor broke his sewer when they installed a new city water main. We called the city to get direction. The original contractor agreed to replace the concrete section of driveway but not pay for his sewer repair. Upon having his sewer accessed we camera scoped the remainder of his sewer to make sure there were no additional problems. We found that another section of his sewer was installed with "thin wall" PVC, which is a weak PVC and not up to code. We offered to replace that portion as well while we were already there. We gave Mr Anderson 2 options, we could complete the $4000 spot repair and he could deal with the thin wall pipe later or we could replace all of it for $11,015. We discounted the price down to $9865 and he authorized us to replace the thin wall as well. We completed the work, had it inspected by the city and it was passed. Mr Anderson then agreed to only pay us $7400 until the concrete in his driveway was completed. Even though we were not contracting that part of it, we agreed. A week later when the concrete was finished, our supervisor went to his house to collect final payment. Mr Anderson then paid only $1600, to which our supervisor agreed to . We are a family owned, licensed, professional company and take accusations like this very serious. However, Mr Anderson was not taken advantage of or ripped off. He received several discounts along the way and will not receive any further refund.

I understand the new pipe that they put in 40 feet. I agreed upon that because of the thin wall pipe. What I did not agree with is how much it cost to dig down 3 feet in a 4 foot square hole for $5000. That is just absolutely ridiculous. And the field buzzer Terry Jones told me when he dug that hole if the clog wasn't there, he wasn't gonna charge me for that. So he lied to me. If I had a known I've waited, I've never hired. That company to do That price is absolutely ridiculous and you guys know it. It would work out better if Mr. Jones, what it sai'm gonna have to charge you $5000 to dig your driveway yet and all this would never happen. I think he needs more training on how to handle peoples also understand because he don't care. He could care less about the consumer. And you can sure tell it too.

Company Final Response

Our field supervisor, Marshall was involved with this project. He spoke with Mr Anderson on several occasions throughout the job about the scope of work and the costs involved. The crew that worked on the job absolutely cared about their work. They wanted to make sure their job was done correctly and the customer was taken care of. I feel this complaint has gone in the direction of personally attacking one of our employees. We also have recorded phone messages from Mr Anderson to said employee that corroborate this. The accusations of being ripped off or taken advantage of are completely unfounded.
