The service department, service manager and owner are ignoring a negligent Endangerment issue caused by not conforming to required standards for the repairs and road testing of my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. Resolution Sought Assurance that the technician, service manager and especially the owner take full responsibility for this incident. That I and my family, will be compensated for our endangerment. That all customers have a safe and proper experience with the service safety standards that are required.

The issue the complainant is concerned with was addressed and resolved immediately and completely at no cost to him. For this reason, it is our position that this matter is closed and any compensation requested is unreasonable.
