Sold a lemon, to customer. Will not work with customer to fix this issue insists on paying for the car and 2000.00 possibly after paid will work with customer for what never said !! . Made all my payments on time every time gave 7,000 down and payments r 300.00 a month with 2,000 left on balance due. Resolution Sought Replace broke car with a car that's worth the payments and or return money already paid on car . This is all we had to get us to doctors app. Grocery store. My two dis able daughter, our only means of transportation.

We have attached a bill of sale to this paperwork. The customer has owned this car for 15 month never complained about anything. We apologize that after 15 months of driving the car had problems. The car is a 2010 was sold AS IS, NO warranty. We don't feel anything was done wrong on our part and we did nothing wrong.
