My car was towed from my condo's designated parking space when work was being performed. The scam they pulled was to not properly notify residents, then drag their feet on "published service dates". They posted traffic cones with the wrong dates listed then towed myself and numerous other residents who were also either unaware of the services being performed or were misinformed. Then a few weeks later did the same thing for a related service. posted one set of dates, then up to a week after those dates put signs up the night before in attempt to pull the towing scam again. Their customer is the Property Mgmt company Prescott and its related HOA Stony Brook 2. The HOA and property company claim its not their liability to which I agree if the service provider (Bens Asphalt) is executing improper actions without consent of the management company and HOA. I also noted they have numerous other lawsuits against them for various other misdeeds. Resolution Sought I want reimbursement for my costs incurred ($300 towing expenses) as well as compensation for my time and stress created as a result of unacceptable business practices and misleading possibly illegal efforts to get kickbacks on towing scams. And I have photos that are date stamped with exit data showing posted signs on specific dates confirming these actions.
