Consumer alleges: I had a new garage door installed on May 22, 2023. They did not put the hardware on the outside of the door and the door is not mounted properly, so the garage door keeps rattling when air passes through. I have been calling them since last week to come back out to complete the job and repair the door. I was told they can't order the part and I have to find it myself online. I paid for a service that they didn't complete and I'm asking for assistance with ordering the part and completing the job as paid for. Company states: Spoke to client directly on 06/20/23 at 4:13 pm. Explained reasoning for hardware (decoration) confusion. Wi8ll be returning to look at (door not mounted properly) concern on 07/07 8-10 AM. Issue resolved. We will take care from here client is happy. Thank you!

They did come out and adjusted the door but were unable to provide the exterior handles to match the rest of my community. I was told they are no longer available. I will keep looking for the hardware but see no sense in pursuing this issue.
