Well at this time I've consulted legal counsel a letter demanding them to release my PPP funds Benworth Capital is trying to hold my 4,125 on May 4th I signed my promissory note May the 17th May the 18th of 2021 Benworth Capital attempted to deposit my funds in my account on both dates they kept dropping the leading zero they then in turn told me to update a new business bank June 1st I uploaded a new business bank account from TCF Bank which was verified and accepted 5 days later I checked the system they turned around and took off the updated bank and put back my old Huntington bank which is active but they said it was closed or locked. my bank sent my attorney a letter letting them know my account is active and I can accept ACH payments so I received an email from Benworth Capital they told me that my money was going to be an account June the 16th.. til this day there's no money been deposited in my account I then got a letter stating that if I don't update my bank information by July the 21st I'm going to lose out on my PPP funds and that didn't work capital is going to cancel my loan now remind you they've been collecting interest on my money for 2 months so I consultant legal counsel they sent him a letter and let them know that I did update a new banking account that TCF Bank that's where them funds we want them to be deposited in the updated account that was verified. Benworth Capital is never reachable .praying that my money is in my account by July 30th Resolution Sought Do their due diligence and deposit my PPP funds in my account I did everything I was supposed to do now they have to deliver my PPP funds and I fill in my heart they trying to keep them and I'm not the only one please help

We have received your request related to funding your PPP Loan. Benworth attempted to fund your loan. Your loan cannot be funded for one or more of the following reasons: The bank account is closed. The account number does not match the name of the borrower on the loan application. The account number is not valid. Your bank has executed their right to stop the transaction. Your bank does not receive funds through ACH. Your bank has frozen your account. The account is a non-transaction account and prohibits or limits ACH transactions. Your company cannot be identified by your bank. Your bank refused to accept the funds because the account is subject to litigation. Your loan is under review by the SBA. The SBA ended the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) on May 31, 2021, and Benworth Capital can no longer fund PPP Loans. If you have an SBA PPP Loan number and have not received your funds, your loan has been cancelled with the SBA. You will not be responsible for applying for forgiveness or repaying the loan. You may want to visit the Small Business Administration (SBA) website to find a loan program that can assist your business.

On May 17th May 18th Benworth attempted to deposit my PPP funds in my Huntington business bank account my banker stated benworth kept dropping the leading zeros off my account both times identifying my account. On June the 12th I received an email from Benwoth stated that I should receive my PPP funds in my Huntington business account on June 18th. On June 18th there was absolutely no funds sent to my bank I then called my bank first and they let me know that Benworth had not sent one dime they stated that if beenworth.sent the PPP funds in my account they would have seen the funds just as they did on May 17th and May the 18th. When benworth emailed me on the 19th they stated that my bank was blocked or something. On June 21st I went to my banker she wrote a letter for my attorney to let my attorney know that my account was never Frozen my account is open and in good standing and can accept a ACH payments. On June 1st I uploaded a new TCF Business Bank, TCF Bank never get verified. on July 19th 2021 my attorneys from the power Chapman group located in Troy Michigan Sent Benwoth Capital a letter demanding them to release my funds in my TCF bank account. Never responded.

Benworth Capital attempted to fund your loan three times and the funds returned to us three times. As per our due diligence we can no longer attempt to fund your loan. Your loan will be closed with the SBA and you will not be responsible for the loan.
