I was not given one of my bags at checkout, the 'manager' on duty refused to check cameras, refused to reimburse me for my payment, and refused to give me the items I have already paid for in full. The manager was rude, snarky, insulting, and made several contradictory statements when we spoke. The manager said that the voice-mail I left a message on is not checked nor utilized and all messages are automatically deleted. I am shocked by the insulting nature and lack of customer service. Resolution Sought I would like either the products I paid for, or to be reimbursed the cost of the products, a total of 33$.

I spoke with the customer and she would like the products replaced. She will call me before coming to the store so that I'm there to personally take care of her and make sure she gets her products.
