I went to nissan to purchase a car was told 26000 Nissan Altima. I had a 2020 Honda accord trade blue book value 24000. The dealer handed me palm pilot to sign change number now I owe 27000 on 25000 msrp car were did my car go I contacted immediately he said he can change price Resolution Sought I like them to show me were my new car I traded went they stole my car and I still over the mrsp

Customer agreed to figures, signed for those same figures (on multiple forms, both physically and electronically) and then called in yelling and swearing at us 13 days after taking ownership of the vehicle. I personally offered to sit down with her and review everything and help to lower the outstanding balance she signed for if she wanted to. Her daughter called back the same day (day 13 of ownership) and said they would be down to the store around 4 PM. I agreed to meeting with them at this time. Around 5:15 PM, I called them back to see where they were as they hadn't shown up yet. The daughter answered and said "Ohh, we're probably not going to make it tonight". I offered to reschedule and they chose to setup a time for the following Thursday. Fast forward to Thursday, again they didn't show up.
