We purchased glass for our candles from this company. The glass was terrible and customer service has been evasive. I sent pictures of the product back in June and have been trying to resolve it ever since. The rep only replies when I try to call corporate or reach a supervisor then it is generally weeks without anything till I repeat an escalation. She came by on 10/11/22 and said she submitted a 30 refund to the regional Mgr, as well as taking back the remaining glass we have. I called and emailed again a week or two ago and as usual no reply. She was nice and supposedly it is getting submitted but I am tired of being completely ignored without any updates. The product was terrible and caused us increased labor and waste. I would be happy with a 30 refund as they promised with or without taking the bad glass back ~ 2 small pallets. Customer service doesn't want to fix anything or put me in touch with anyone in a higher position and has terrible communication on this it's sad as we have been extremely patient and shouldn't be treated like this when a company says it prides its quality products. Communication is only a problem with our issue not with new orders. Resolution Sought 30 refund & full refund of what is left & either take it back or we will dispose of it. I hate to leave such a low review when we order from them and get other products without issue but in this instance our experience has been terrible and dragged on for half a year.

Received this company's catalog advertising 16 oz bottles (item #3250B53) for 1.69 with 15 off that until Nov. 30, 2021. Orders required to be placed on line. When I went on line the price jumped to $1.86. I called and told them of the problem. They stated there would be no 15 off at the 1.69 price. This is very deceptive/bate and switch attempt. Please help me with this problem. Resolution Sought Sell me the product ( 2 cases/348 total bottles) at the advertised price. $1.69 minus the 15 advertised price with free shipping as advertised.
