Called this business over a month ago to pump our septic tank. They came out and did nothing for $125. Claimed they couldn't find the SEPTIC TANK even though they've been here before. Supplied them with Plat showing where it was located. They never came back and said their truck was broke down which was a lie. Other people told me they were still working. I want my $125 refunded! Resolution Sought REFUND MY $125.

Company called stating the reason they have not returned to complete the job is because their truck has been broke down since April 13th and customer is well aware of that. The fee that was charged was to the service fee that they charge to go out, which can the go towards the repairs if customer decides to get the work done. Company does not appreciate customers that report information that is not true making seem like a liar. The service fee is not refundable and if customer wants to get the work done, they will use the service fee towards the repair.
