Went to this dealer because it had good reviews and it had the vehicle I wanted. I checked KBB pricing for car I was trading in came between $15000 and 17000. First offer was $13000 he assured me I wouldn't get much more if I did counter but they came up to $14000. Next day it's listed for $19999. He said everyone has to make some money on it. They are looking to make $6000 on that car. I am an elderly retired woman on a fixed income. I truly feel they took advantage of me. I understand it's a used car and every body has to make money. Questionable business practices. Resolution Sought Refund something.
