I took my car to Bessemer tire for new tires and an oil change in November, and had them rotate my tires and another oil change in March 4th. Thursday March 9th, my car started to make a very bad sound and was hard to drive safely to my destination. I then took it to Firestone in Madison TN that same night as it was only 2 miles away. They ran diagnostics and explained that my tire was loose from not being properly put on, and my tire arm was going bad, as well as my suspension. Due to this I needed an alignment. The technician explained that my tire arm would not have gone bad from just the tire, but it would have been bad at the time of my rotation. This is called failure to inform. I drive from Madison TN to Greensboro NC for a vacation and get my car done. So after my tires were put on incorrectly and I was not informed of any other issues with my car, I drive 600 miles on my car, not including the weekdays between both dates included. Resolution Sought Reimbursement for fixing the tire arm as it could've been resolved sooner and would not have put me in danger like it did. A failure to inform could have put my car in more damage than it already did and causes more issues than just resolving the tire arm.
